* All others must have individual wells. No connections to the community well are available for new construction.
** Available only to members in good standing (all fees paid). A user is required to clean the clubhouse after usage. Otherwise the HCPOA Board will hire a person to clean and invoice the user for the cost of cleaning. Any breakages or damage will be the liability of the user.
*** Any other fees which would be charged to property owners would be special assessments for costs incurred by natural or catastrophic causes or for improvements which were approved by the members of the HCPOA.
